Are you growing like a tree? 🌳

Today I was strolling through this beautiful park, doing my usual grounding.

Yes, shoes off — but maybe even more so, watching all the cute dogs having the best time.

But today I wandered a little deeper over to this majestic tree, and it reminded me of something.

Have you ever stopped to think about how far tree roots really grow?

Like truly?

Sometimes for kilometres — so far that it's incredible, but also necessary for the growth at the top to happen.

That kind of growth is also true for us.

The growth that happens on the outside is really determined by the growth you're experiencing on the inside.

All of the leaders we look up to have most likely had plenty of time to sit with themselves, to self-assess, to drag themselves out of rock bottom through inner healing.

Can you relate to that?

It's probably the reason why you are where you are today.

All of that inner work has led you to be the powerful creator you are today.

Standing strong in your confidence, just like a tree. 🌳

Because you've built the foundation, you've grown those roots by doing all of that inner work.
